Version 4.0.2 has been submitted to Apple on May 17, 2015 for their review before it is released. Apple's review process takes about one week to complete.
This versions fixes the bugs commented on below.
Apple sandboxing is very buggy and does not work as described. This prevents the movie from being copied to the spot you specified in the Save dialog.
We have found a workaround (which asks you where to save it a 2nd time), but we have our own bug where the workaround needs to be applied in more spots in the app. We will issue an update for this very soon.
You can manually create the movie from the rendered Frames.
Be Sure to specify the audio file (if your movie uses one)

Most Mac models are unaffected, but some are.

Workaround:
Close Welcome window. Reopen it from Window > Home - Welcome page menu item.
You bought the basic In-App Purchase with Unlimited Image Frame Size and Unlimited Video Frame Size for Basic Animations.
Keyframes window > Animation Panel button > Loop/Morph Animation tab
The Max Video Frame size limit is still there (it should be unlimited).
