Question: How can I save a single frame from a multi-framed fractal?

Click on the Frames button to see the multiple frame view (circled in red).

Click-hold and drag the desired frame and drop it on the Flame Preview window. That will create a new fractal with just that frame (in a new Preview window).

Click on the new Preview window to make it the selected flame and save the file with File->Save.
