Use the File menu: File -> Export for Apophysis 7X.
It opens a File Save dialog requesting where to save the exported fractal document.
Note: Apophysis 7X cannot open a normal Fractal Architect .flame file. Export for Apophysis creates a tweaked output file that Apophysis can open.
Fractal Architect can open Apophysis compatible fractal recipe files.
